Structure

Through a large window, you enter the entrance hall of the villa, very bright and equipped with paintings and furnishings in the twentieth century style, at the end of which you can see the beautiful private garden of the villa. To the right of the corridor is the billiard room and a little further down the stairs to access the upper floor.

On the left side of the corridor is the main room, which extends the entire length of the villa, with a large comfortable table for eight people and a sitting room with fireplace.

At the end of the corridor, there is an elegant room overlooking the garden and to its right, the kitchen, which has all the comforts and amenities needed to prepare meals in complete autonomy. The ground floor is completed by a service bathroom and a room used as a closet from which you can access the characteristic tower of the villa.

First floor

Structure

The upper floor is completely dedicated to the sleeping area, consisting of four double bedrooms and four bathrooms. Going up the stairs you reach a large access room to the rooms, very high and bright thanks to the skylights on the stairwell. Two of these bedrooms can be transformed from double to twin bedrooms, separating the two single beds and each of the bedrooms has the possibility of adding a cot.
